OHM is correct on this IMO. I don’t think confidence was needed just facts that he was stating. The lawsuit seems useless and theres a good chance we will be well over 7 dollars anytime soon before the lawsuit is over. Lawyers just want people’s money.

Although it doesn’t seem that way with the SP drifting lower, news on CD16 could send this back above 3 IMO.

I think OHM was on point.
