The link apparently did not copy correctly the first time. That is from the Klein Law Firm Cytodyn Inc. Loss Submission Form. On that page nothing else is alleged.

What would those statements be? By the time this lawsuit is adjucated in a courtroom (if it ever does) the longhaulers phase 2, CD16 and CD17 trials should be finished. What are the plaintiff's lawyers going to argue "they said it would work with COVID and it does".
