EGO and other miners continue to be under pressure.

However, this may all change soon enough as various investment groups continue to acquire gold and the central banks around the world beef up their gold reserves.  Hardly a week goes by without an article written about gold accumulation.  Although I'll admit that news of Soros selling many of the PM ETFs in Q4 2012, so that he could play the currency markets (especially Japan), did result in a decent hit to the POG last week.  On the flip side, I fully expect Bernanke will continue to print dollars and that will be supportive in the near and medium term.  Longer term this new money will find a home and that will be cause for hyperinflation imo.  Then we should see some fire under the POG and the mining sector.
