The judge asked my attorney Mr. Leinwand to provide him a letter explaining the circumstances and provide him with a proposed order. He was skeptical of an out of state receiver as he said he has problems before and wanted Mr. Leinwand to make sure that I would not be charging exorbitant fees. Mr. Leinwand assured him that I was experienced, and various courts have approved my actions in similar matters.
