Hmmm, interesting new idea. This would explain a lot. It has appeared to me several times that he is acting as if he is from another planet. Best example is the fact that he considers it common sense, that everybody knows that the GMP certification takes several months of time, and only after that certification is achieved, they can continue with the FDA IND application.
That - to me - appeared to be WAY off.
So, we are getting closer to be a better understanding of what is really going on. LOL
