I suspect the up-listing will be delayed! The SEC filings must disclose the shares issued and outstanding and unless the Kansas judge issues his
ruling this will not be possible!? IMPORTANT! The audit requirement by Pasaca was never mentioned which is interesting but may be implied with the coming 10-Q?
