Project: Remodel or Renovate One or More Rooms
Kitchen and two-bath renovation: Renovation came with Total Frustration. When working with Sales, ask about your PM/subcontractors. Got a credit to have our painter re-do their work. Tile work was professionally done. PM nice guy. However, lacked in project quality control, presence on the job, communication with his subcontractors, fell short on project deliverables. Installation of kitchen cabinets; miss-measured sink cabinet (was rectified), missed finished panels. On several occasions, no workers onsite – site was left unsecure, doors unlocked/open. Cleaning service not provided, done by contractors. too many issues-be aware.
