I don't think there is a standard and all the stuff you mention are good candidates, but to me, a good definition would be an accelerating growth rate in any of these categories. If for instance revenues increase by 10% from Q1 to Q2, then 15% from Q2 to Q3, then 20% etc etc then I'd say it is a legitimate hypergrowth phase.
