I was thinking the same thing. Just guessing, but perhaps there is a milestone agreement to these payments from Malaysia/ China. We know from Joe's statement in the last PR (29 days ago) that the GMP was expected to be completed and IND filed in the coming weeks. When these thing occur, maybe we'll see more filings for funds recieved. Again, I'm just guessing.
