Just a quick reminder. Fundamentals trumps Technicals. That my friends hasn't changed. He could come out with information now and poof no .04 test..no trend line..no second chances. Bam....PR..Halt..Nasdaq.-IMO'
Anyone know about a Confidential process? I mean come on folks. For a reference point, a company we are relatively close to filed a confidential process to go to the Nasdaq from OTC back in Nov. (R_M_)
Doc doesn't have to tell us anything (legally)... not like said company above that had to PR it as they did it. So who knows when and where we are in the process. Doc said Q1, and yes the company can pick WHEN it releases out of "Confidential process" google is a hell of a thing.
Again I am no stock guru ... I just use google. Don't listen to me, go look.
