LFER 8k On March 23, 2021, the Company and Redstart Holdings Corp (“Redstart”) settled the litigation between the Company and Redstart; in connection therewith, Redstart filed a motion to dismiss their complaint against the Company with prejudice, which settles all matters pertaining to the Redstart litigation and complaint. The Company no longer owes Redstart any further consideration. As per the Settlement Agreement, both parties mutually released one another from any and all claims.
