Neither Favipiravir and Colchicine have established efficacy for any stage of Covid without doubt, imo. Favi, in particular, was early on one of the first "great hopes" of repurposed, already-approved compounds. It should have had ample time to be approved, if it was going to. Colchicine will still need more study, difficult to say.
