This is definitely how it played out with CD10 that’s why I didn’t slam NP for being so wish washy when he said he applied for EUA and then said he didn’t apply all in the same breath.
However, I believe this time it is different, it sounds like he actually applied or put in an application for EUA to the FDA.
It appears that the team around him made this suggestion based on the CD12 results. CD12 is much different then what we were dealing when it came to CD10.
I guess we have to wait and see.
