Well now I'm quite concerned again. What in the world might a pre*EUA be, sounds almost like a joke?. If what you wrote above is correct, then again (m/m) Nader "did not apply" for an EUA, and thus there is no possibility that an EUA can be given yet, in other words, Nader would presently be waiting for a green light response to go ahead and apply, which could be 2 weeks away, and then, apply, and then wait more for a response yes or no.
I strongly believe that almost all investors believe that Nader has actually "applied for an EUA and that an EUA could be approved or rejected at any time any day, but they could be wrong and you "could be correct" .
