You have a valid question. If you notice after the CD10 results the PR was that CYDY "requested" EUA for the M/M trial, which in fact meant they requested the FDA let them know if they should file...it didn't say "apply", but we all put that word apply in there thinking request and apply were the same thing...until the CC in September when NP dropped the "bomb" that they just requested from the FDA if they should apply.

It is possible again that this request is just a question for the FDA, however I noticed in Pfizer's vaccine PR, they also used the word "request" when attempting for EUA. So I don't think its an invalid question just because of past experience.
