Again.. can anyone answer any of following? No response from management so figured I would reach out to message board. I have several questions and would appreciate any and all opinions. Firstly- is the IPO launch in any way dependent upon positive movement on the vaccine front or can it move forward independently without vaccine advancement? Yes, or no? Secondly, is the IPO timeline independent of the recent bonus allocation timeline? Are bonuses prelaunch? And if so, when?
Have they already been allocated? Thirdly, is there an annual shareholder meeting? And if so when? Lastly, do we ever have opportunity to vote on anything substantive?
