Something to consider also when talking about "quiet periods". If we are connected to Eagle Force and Eagle Force is connected to Amazon. Amazons whispered Q1 release is May 4th. (4 weeks of quiet- April 4th) so in my opinion Eagle Force would have to speak up before April 4th to honor Amazons "quiet period".
