The SEC uses a CIK# (0001804585 for NuGenerex) number for lookup

It appears that after the Gray Sheet assigned NUGX to NuGenerex, everyone has been scrambling to associate NUGX with NuGenerex since that is the symbol being used on the OTC Pink sheets. So it looks like we are stuck with the symbol until the NGIO IPO, which will then create an official symbol name change back to NGIO. I’m thinking that with the name change, we probably will not be able to trade/sell NUGX shares during the IPO but will have to wait until the NUGX shares are renamed back to NGIO. Just a guess.
