I’ve never worked with the SEC, but if you look at some of Generex’s 8Ks we see they were sometimes filed days before they became visible to us. Look at the Feb 23 8K. If you click to open it the date filed on is Feb 17. It seems to vary by a day to five. Btw I don’t see NGIO any longer on the SEC site, only NUGX. fwiw
