Company names are required by law to reflect what the company does. Now that they arent searching several continents but sticking to North and Latin America they are changing the name probably as per advice to PanAm LLC Inc in Nevada rather than Cotton and Western LLC Inc in Nevada
Thus they created the PanAm LLC Nov 2011, as previously posted from Nev Sec of state site,and are letting the Cotton and Western LLC expire because its been replaced-the paid bashers who keep posting the expired C+W LLC KNOW THIS,as this has been explained in detail several times before but they arent being paid to be honest and this is 1 of the trickery items in the shorters handbook-they are being paid by a mm or hedge fund or some other party to crash pps via non stop pathological shout fires/lies for profit because they or those they work for are shorting the stock.
LLC's as the name implies limit liability in this litigious society. xxx has essentially previously publicly said its his lifes goal to destroy CWRN-so,in this hypothetical, lets say he gets an idea to capture the control shares by hiring or otherwise inducing a bunch of drunks to get into his vehicle and forging an agreement assigning their insurance proceeds to himself -and having staked out Sharons travel routes lies in wait for her and then purposely crashes his vehicle into hers on the passenger side, whose airbags and seat belts he has conveniently disabled and the drunks die in the crash. So lets say xxx sues Sharon and Bob for an amount exceeding their auto liability coverage in an attempt to attach their control shares and thus gain control of the company.
Due to the LLC he CANNOT attach or acquire the control shares-which are the property of the LLC- and thus sheltered /off limits re any such private lawsuit.
