I have a feeling all of us on the board appreciate and would like to hear any and all DD you have to share as well as your opinions but IMO I would not go so far as to claim that posting the known share structure figures in any way shows your DD prowess or intelligence. We all know now (since the Q3 filing) the Ironridge deals are dilutive, but the company is allegedly getting $50k per month so IMO that accounts for something. Yes, there are 165M (~10% dilutive effect) new shares and what do you think that means? Nothing. Do you have anything else in your "DD Aresenal", maybe a little more substantive than parroting the current SS figures from the T/A? TIA. Why do I get the sneaking suspicion that we all have been graced by your threatening ultimatems before???
