Nader filed an EUA, great....but he told us that during the CC from yesterday, not with a press release...because IMO he wants to be careful because when the FDA says no and Nader must tell everybody the bad news with a press release, the damage to the SP could be considerably...
So, Nader is careful....why? To avoid lawsuits when FDA says no? To protect the SP?
We will soon find out...but i hope that Nader and the whole team have had enough discussions with the FDA concerning our EUA for Covid.
When you file for an EUA at this stage, you have to be damn sure to get it...otherwise it is much better to file nothing!!!
