The IPO shares won’t be coming from GNBT, they will come from the NGIO treasury. The IPO is to raise cash for NGIO not GNBT. NGIO has been a separate company for over a year (see the SEC filings). Think about it, would you sell your NGIO shares and then give the money back to NGIO? GNBT is no different than you as a stockholder of NGIO. So NGIO will sell its own shares from its own treasury to raise its own capital for their own use. And yes, it will dilute the outstanding shares. So what, how else will they get capital to run their business unless someone wants to give NGIO millions of free $$$.
