“What does failed testing by IncellDX have to do with a protocol? We know prior to August 2019 IncellDX was using standard flow cytometry testing and after they used their new test. Did one fail, did both?”
Incelldx used flow cytometry for everything. The new RO uses fluorescent Pro140 so nothing is better.
And just a reminder, RO tests from Incelldx were not used in CYDY trials until later in Mono, CD10, and CD12. That lines up with the PR of the completion of the RO test. There was no RO test for the combo trial, which started years earlier. Another reminder, Incelldx has that data and it is beautiful, but cannot release it to CYDY for reasons involving the licensing deal. Basically the BLA was submitted without RO data as there is nothing wrong with the Incelldx RO test, which has been developed for and used by BPs.
I believe Havasu or someone else posted tweets (?) from Dr. BP outlining what I stated above.
