By definition, FOIA requests don't go to private companies.. Communications by Federal employees at the FDA to CytoDyn could potentially be responsive to a FOIA request. We've gotten "answers" from Patterson and Pourhassan, and it's still not clear. Ergo, the only way to get a clear answer would be from the FDA communications.
