I would recommend daily excercise, a balanced diet and plenty of time outside.
With respect to Cytodyn. I don't have much to offer for advice. I guess I would say risk what you can afford to lose and be ok with being in it for the long haul.
Most of us believe we have something special here, but none of us know. And none of us know when.
