Being that close to done is still a material event that has to be released to the public. However, due to the non transparency of the company, nobody really knows if myflix or the form 10 will happen this year. This is exactly what we saw last year with them giving zero information except that it was "imminent"...obviously that never happened unfortunately. But if they were transparent in their plans, this stock would be doing a hell of a lot better.
