I agree... it’s an endless amount of frivolous lawsuits appearing.
Just a special note and question to all. Has anyone received a snail mail copy of the settlement of the 2019 self awarded stock fiasco? The one where the officers awarded themselves too many shares and were sued by ex-board of directors? Then they reached a settlement in May of this last year of 2020. It was a notification of settlement paperwork of just the filing and not the settlement agreement. Implying again that something else could be wrong when there isn’t. What the officers and CEO gave back we voted them the shares they lost and they regained them last annual share holders meeting in the vote. Of coarse, not all voted for the CEO and 5 million shares compensation but he was awarded those shares and elected CEO again. Did anyone else receive this paper copy? Or only my Canadian friend did?
