mdv, i don't understand your comments.
some hypothetical examples, perhaps wrong because I dont really understand any of the medical contraindications:
kidney transplant patients who contract covid may not be able to use remdesiver because remdesivier is potentially kidney toxic.
heart patients may not be able to use hcq cuz hcq causes "long QT tail" whatever that is.
I was trying to suggest the idea that the 75 non-miTT patients did not receive one of the "covid SOC" items because they had illnesses that contraindicated the "covid SOC" items.
I think the 75 non-mITT probably got standard of care, but "standard of care" for these 75 does not include covid SOC items because the illnesses suffered by the 75 are contraindicative for dex, hcq, remdes, etc.
but again I may be totally confused
