IVME On IVME (In Veritas Medical Diagnostics, Inc.) the previous officer elections/acceptance were rescinded. The officer (Michael Schmazian) had an issue that did not allow him to continue with the company. A new officer has been elected. David Ajemian has been appointed as sole officer.
