The fact that interpreters are required to analyze something as simple as “we will be discussing the application we filed for us fda approval” (there I said it...see how simple that is and I don’t even have a PhD) or we filed for fda approval (oops no we didn’t) isn’t silly or cute. Investors are committing funds in response to these statements and therefore they need to be crystal clear. I for one do not believe for a second that management does not know how to do this...and if they don’t they shouldn’t be there.
