A new regulation on MMs that limits how they use and report their cash?

I definitely believe it's a good thing that will prevent or at least reduce abuse of the system, but some on the board today probably see it as limiting MMs ability to conduct business as they desire, no matter who it abuses. Sort of like limiting what some might consider businesses "free speech". The regulation say abuse is not allowed, just like you can't yell "Fire" in a movie theater and call it free speech.
