The change of directors put through by Kirkland is still open in Israel...nothing has been confirmed there as of today...
Also as of last week the insolvency application has been shut down and currently we can not see anything on file with the court now.
As part of the insolvency, Ziv sought to get 8 former employees compensated for lost pay they are owed.
The application needs to be filed individually for each of the 8 former employees and so until that is done everything has ground to a halt.
Ziv had indicated they would be refiling almost immediately but we show no evidence this has happened as of today.
