I vote yes it does imply that ..

But it is unclear .. An update could mean either way .... Could be fda said don't bother and we are pursuing these other avenues and are planning too file ... Etc..

So for arguments sake the PR alone does not clearly communicate either way

But im leaning towards filed or will be.

if they said any more they wouldn't need the call ...it would just be in the pr......
