When you deploy it, make sure to cite where there's documentation of the FDA's response that they "initially recommended against filing for EUA based off CD12 results".. an EUA is itself conditional; it's an approval under a different process, with different restrictions and conditions.

It's a little redundant, but most people with a basic grasp of both English and the regulatory pathway involved don't have an issue with it.
