Myself and other practitioners in the E.D. are convinced that "COVID lung" us going to be a thing; similar to smokers lungs, miner's lung, etc...
The long term consequences are not known yet...
It is very frustrating, knowing that Leronlimab exists, but because of bureaucratic nonsense, it is not an available treatment.
