To admit over and over that he has had many conversations is another way of saying many have looked at he properties and have walked away. Either the CEO is asking the moon and stars for part or all in relation to what they can see as the value or CEO is not really inundated with suitors or suitees.
In the end i suspect someone will make money on the Santa Elena claims - but I also don't think it will be any of the current "little guy" shareholders. Those of us who Invested too much and stayed with it too long. Needed more discipline and use of stops to exit and more skepticism.
Just using the 50 day moving average as a buy/sell indicator would have done wonders for my account. A no-brainer indicator that works well if you stick with it - maybe giving yourself a small of wiggle room to avoid the short term whipsaws.
