Actually, I think most of the speculation has reached the repetition point already as well. Everyone's waiting for something substantial to come down the line. It might be a bit, fatigue is understandable.
If it's nighttime, or the weekend, there may be room for banter or whatever. If you want to make friends and talk about your favorite boats, wines, cigars, etc outside of those hours, the Private Message link is right there, nobody's stopping you. But it's noise during trading hours or after catalysts that engender a lot of analysis.
Just like real life, there's people that think whatever they want to do is just fine and dandy, with zero regard for others or reality, and get pretty upset when it's pointed out that's not the case. Not much to be done there.
