While we wait for any answers from Generex / NGIO, there is nothing in the 10Q or anywhere else that states Generex / NGIO HAS TO WAIT on the US FDA for approval to allow them to send the testing results to their partners in China to get that work started and get everything kicked off over there.

In fact, if you read in the 10Q for example, it states based on the information, they simply share their IIKey technology and they get running. So, if the test was successful, which it was, seems like they share the information, the China FDA looks at it, just like the US FDA would and they get it going as well.

So, why the heck wouldn't Generex / NGIO put out this information to at least put a positive note on what else is going on?

Edit: Sometimes they are their own worst enemy at providing shareholders and investors information to make them believe the company is actually looking forward.
