1 Mr. Squires was granted five-year options to purchase 15,000,000 shares of common stock, exercisable at $.12 per share, with one-third vesting on July 1, 2017, one-third vesting on July 1, 2018 and one-third vesting on July 1, 2019. These options are granted outside of any stock option plan and shall contain cashless exercise provisions.
