I see that he plaintiff actually receives 1000 bucks as if this lawsuit had been a service done to the company (lol)

Not clear to me (not a legal expert by any stretch of the imagination) if it means the total will be 75.000 or 76.000
I guess it's 75k based on the last sentence
In fairness, this might be cheaper than paying for legal consultants to rewrite company governance... And the case is dismissed with prejudice so it should never come back to bite us in the arse
I must say, guys, as a non american, it's always stunning to see how quickly people go to court in the US !
