No outsider should be in a position to list and potentially sabotage or mislead investors/ IPO, based on current trading/volume what would be an realistic pricing???? If NGIO has a solid plan/support I'm confident these situations can be avoided and in addition clear communication will confirm successful listing progress/timeline.
