This paragraph I disagree with.

Having an "all clear" app that is mandated to allow you to participate in activities so long as you submit to a health requirement, is perceived by many as rights being taken away, because it is the app that is taking it.

Not having a phone or laptop doesn't take someone's rights away, as anyone can choose to do so with minimal impact, and does not make an immediate impact to one's health as a vaccine would. So comparing cell phones and laptops with a vaccine/passport app are not the same.
