We all knew a financing was inevitable in the immediate future but announcing and pricing it before Q4 earnings release makes me wonder if earnings report is going to be dismal...

I know Im not the only one thinking this. Just seems unfortunate that we had a "promo" with a fair amount of marketing, the stock ran and then we get a buck sixty financing..

If earning were going to be substantially higher why not wait and do financing at two to three bucks after report and stocks moves up?

Im sure some will say this was negotiated with AGP prior etc.. For the record I still feel our float is loan and held tightly but just feels like we cant get any traction and sucks to see company with crap trading at 5-7.

Anyway just my thoughts (and I know a few others as well on this board)
