IPIX was already working on a simple capsule (not BDD) to get B to the big intestine so there should be no problem IMO getting a capsule that makes it thru the stomach and then dissolves as soon as it hits the small intestine.

I am under the impression that BDD requires a company to give them a royalty on all sales utilizing their technology, not simply a one time development fee. I believe this business plan is going to greatly stunt their growth but that is simply my WAG and that this was the reason IPIX began looking into a non-BDD capsule to deliever B to the large intestine.
