Hi Werner, here are the reasons why we haven't heard anything about the trial yet:
1. It takes a lot of coordination. This isn't like ordering the shake special at your local Meatshake (get turkey jerky, it's the best).
2. The approval email is sitting in a spam folder.
3. Everyone forgot.
4. They just knew it would irk you so they're waiting.
5. Those dirty Swedes.
6. The request requires a LOT of D batteries.
7. We had a Pie Day related setback. Never should have gone with a Gammel Ost and Durian pie. Huge mistake. Office has been inhabitable every since.
8. The test sites took a hard pass in favor of a new Relief Therapeutics trial.
9. Got the shanks.
10. Updated to a Commodore 128 from the 64. Forgot to back everything up to a floppy disc and had to start over.
11. Lost track of time playing Leisure Suit Larry and Hunt The Wumpus on said computer.
12. Internet connection now down. Waiting on new AOL CD to arrive by mail before completing online application.
13. Vancouver annexed by Vancouver. Have to start completely over with Canada's FDA.
14. I think you get the picture
15. It's not a fast process
16. Just look at how long the longhauler trial took to get rolling
17. There are many things we are not privy to
18. That effect these things
19. Lots of sites, lots of people, and lots of bureaucratic nonsense to work with and weed through
20. Before Werner et al get to learn about the trial starting
