Ruling Against Hedge Fund Shorting.
Not much mention (maybe I just can't find it) discussing the significance of the ruling of limitations upon Hedge Funds quantity of shorting. All that I know is in the above sentence, and it's activating Friday I think?
Some have said there was no shorting yesterday, might the above ruling have already influenced the shorts?
