I just hope the current capital gains tax rates stay where they're at for the remainder of 2021, as I'm planning to buy a house as soon as I sell my second batch of shares here. The first batch gets me out of my job and Orlando, no matter how much better my current living situation is at the moment. I've got huge plans for my parents and others. I just hope no hikes in current capital gains rates muck anything up at all.
