Update - March 12: "SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:
Good morning everyone! I just wanted to have a closure and several completions before we start our weekend.
First of all, I just received confirmation that Phase #1 for PRPM was competed with OTC Markets. Translation: we filed before the SEC "June" deadline, therefore we're OK. I did not want you folks worrying over the weekend. The phase #2 billing will happen next week, and we'll get that done. So, I expect to get the OTCIQ codes by Friday, next week, at which point everything will be uploaded. The attorney's letter will follow Mon/Tue following week. So, that would "beat" the second and final SEC deadline for September/ 2021."
