Perhaps I'm thinking too much but I do believe NP said in the CC that enough people think they have the ammo to file for an EUA, but they also filed the CD16 protocol... I don't think you can have both because if they file for EUA and get it...who's going to volunteer for a trial if you can be certain to get the drug? One will cannibalize the other. I know the open label extension will stop if the CD16 gets approved. Makes me wonder if we don't hear anything about CD16...is it because they filed for EUA and the FDA would be like "Um, if you want us to give you EUA to sell product, why are you trying to do another trial for the same patient population?"

I don't know, I guess CD16 is plan B, but EUA should be plan A.
